What you\u2019ll do:<\/p>\n

Build & Scale: design, develop, test, deploy and maintain a high-performance backend services and API\u2019s.
\nData Management: work with databases like MongoDB, focus on schema design, optimization and integrity.
\nCollaborate: Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver features
\nOptimize: Monitor performance, troubleshoot, and continuously improve backend infrastructure.
\nInnovate: Contribute ideas to technical challenges and product evolution.<\/p>\n

Who you are:<\/p>\n

Experience: 6+ years building backend systems w\/ academic experience. (mandatory)
\nProficient in two major backend language (Python & Typescript).
\nAPI Knowledge: Understand RESTful principles.
\nGIT, Docker, Data Structures (nice to have).
\nProblem-Solver: Enjoy tackling complex technical challenges.
\nTeam Player: Collaborative mindset, thrive in startups,.
\nProficient in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
\nHybrid with presence 2 days p\/ week to Lisbon Office. (mandatory)
\nVisa\/Work permit to work in Portugal. (mandatory)<\/p>\n
