What you’ll do:
Build & Scale: design, develop, test, deploy and maintain a high-performance backend services and API’s.
Data Management: work with databases like MongoDB, focus on schema design, optimization and integrity.
Collaborate: Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver features
Optimize: Monitor performance, troubleshoot, and continuously improve backend infrastructure.
Innovate: Contribute ideas to technical challenges and product evolution.
Who you are:
Experience: 6+ years building backend systems w/ academic experience. (mandatory)
Proficient in two major backend language (Python & Typescript).
API Knowledge: Understand RESTful principles.
GIT, Docker, Data Structures (nice to have).
Problem-Solver: Enjoy tackling complex technical challenges.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset, thrive in startups,.
Proficient in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
Hybrid with presence 2 days p/ week to Lisbon Office. (mandatory)
Visa/Work permit to work in Portugal. (mandatory)
