Sales Development Representative – Lisboa

About The Role
In this opportunity, as a SDR, you will:
• Engage with Outreach tools (Linkedin, outbound calls, emails, Teams)
• New customer prospection and market opening in europe, mainly Portuguese, German
& also LATAM markets.
• Participate in tech events, focused on building network, new connections and lead generation.
• Participate in reports meetings, to follow up and manage sales routines, and adjusting fast when
necessary.
• Keep the CRM platform updated.
• Manage the rump-up of new customer, aiming:
o New sales, increasing quickly the share of wallet.
o Ensuring the penetration in the account before handover to Customer Success /
Relationship area.

• Hunter profile, with desire to prospect the market, for new logos acquisitions.
• Easygoing person, capable to build relationship with different people from multiple cultures.
• Self organized, capable of delivering results without micromanagement.
• Interested in participating in events for customer prospection.
• Result oriented person, driven by sales results. Schedule meetings focused.
• Creative profile, capable of thinking outside of the box to find solutions for customer challenges
and remove blocking points.

• Strong and attractive comission plan with several KPI’s plus base salary
About You
For this position, we look for people with:
• University degree is a plus.
• Fluent english.
• 2+ years of experience in IT market sales.
• 2+ years of experience of prospecting new customers (not only supporting client base).
• Result oriented.
• Consulting sales approach (ex: Challenger Sale).
• Use market methodologies for prospecting and pipeline building (ex: Predictable Revenue).
