What you’ll do
As contributor supporting the R&D Excellence team, you will play an active role in exploring, implementing, and optimizing the use of Artificial Intelligence to improve business processes and increase team efficiency across global Research & Development functions. This opportunity is ideal for a curious, tech-savvy, and proactive early-career professional with a strong interest in AI and digital transformation. You will be working closely with a dynamic and collaborative team on initiatives that span tools, automation, and productivity optimization
• Supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of R&D business processes, through the identification and implementation of AI-powered tools and solutions
• Assisting with prototyping, testing, and evaluating AI-driven automations
• Helping document AI use cases, toolkits, tutorials, and internal knowledge-sharing content
• Assisting with the rollout of new or updated processes, including coordination and documentation
• Creating and updating process documentation, user guides, and internal knowledge bases
• Supporting the preparation and delivery of training sessions and onboarding materials
• Tracking tool changes, user feedback, and training participation using internal tools
• Collaborating with global, cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment and communication
What you bring
• Recent graduate or final-year student in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field
• Eagerness to work with emerging technologies, particularly AI applications in business contexts
• Practical experience or strong interest in tools such as ChatGPT, Power Platform, Python, automation tools, or AI APIs
• Familiarity with platforms like SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Jira/Confluence, and low-code/no-code environments is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and an autonomous, solution-oriented mindset
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
