Main Responsibilities:
– Creation and closing of new projects in SAP and sample orders.
– Check, upload, and scheduling of plan hours.
– Check and upload project investment plan.
– Archive the various version of projects.
– Informing time administrators about wrong postings.
– Check and preparing of bookings for correction of wrong postings.

Required Competencies:
– At least 2/3 years of experience as controlling clerk in industrial environment
– Advanced skills in Excel.
– Fluent English, both written and spoken
– Trustworthy and independent working method, team-oriented and willing to learn
