Auto Europe is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will transform data into meaningful insights that support strategic business decisions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design dashboards, ensure data quality, and deliver impactful reporting solutions using various BI tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Interpretation
• Collect, organize, and analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Interpret results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports to support decision-making.
Reporting & Dashboards
• Developing and maintaining dynamic dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for various stakeholders, including management and commercial teams.
Data Quality & Integrity
• Performing regular checks to ensure data accuracy and reliability and recommending improvements to data collection and assessment processes.
Collaboration & Communication
• Working closely with product management, commercial teams, and other departments to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
Technical Skills
• Utilizing advanced Excel or Google Sheets, data mining techniques, and potentially working with big data tools and cloud computing environments.
Problem-Solving
• Applying analytical skills to address complex business problems and translate findings into actionable strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in BI, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Experience with MariaDB, and MuleSoft, Microsoft Power BI desired
• Experience migrating to modern Data/BI/Analysis platforms, such as Snowflake, Sigma, Metabase, Databricks etc.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in English both written and spoken.
Education:
• Degree in quantitative fields such as Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business Analytics or related fields.
• Equivalent work experience in data modeling, pricing analytics, or BI may be considered in place of formal education.
