We are looking to hire:
Management Controller
M / F
Skills:
– University degree in Management or equivalent area;
– 3 to 5 years’ experience in the field recommended;
– Fluency in English;
– Computer skills;
– Knowledge of SAP R/3 in the FI/CO modules, preferably PA, AA and LO
– Leadership, organisational and teamwork skills;
– Ability to analyse;
– High sense of responsibility, rigour and autonomy;
– Communication skills,
– Dynamic;
Job description:
– Ensure management control;
– Assisting in the creation and monitoring of budgets, providing detailed forecasts for specific business units;
– Performance analysis: assessing the financial performance of departments or projects, identifying areas for improvement;
– Strategic support: providing financial advice to department heads, helping them to make informed decisions;
– Cost control: monitoring expenditure and implementing strategies to reduce costs. This can involve identifying inefficiencies, negotiating with suppliers and implementing cost-saving measures;
– Ensure reporting: create regular reports that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) for management. These reports provide information on the financial health of the business and help management track progress towards objectives.
