Together with his 2nd company PhotoClaim, he is also fighting for the rights of photographers.
An overview of your duties:
• You are a right hand and “organizing guardian” of our lawyer and our Managing Director
• You keep our copyright disputes on track; following up with the European courts through standardised communication
• You screen incoming communication, decide if an action needs to be taken and assign it to the responsible person
• You prepare the case file for new copyright disputes for our lawyer’s review
• You are the billing master working with bookkeepers to have everything booked and paid on time
• You assist in and largely overtake the order fulfilment process for prints & licensing
Your profile:
• You share an interest in photography and would like to help the artists
• You absolutely love learning, by books as well as video courses
• You have graduated with a degree or can justify why you did not complete it and/or have successfully completed a commercial traineeship or comparable traineeship
• You have excellent command of the English language; you communicate clearly to the point
• You’re used to working independently and on your own authority
• You’re reliable, have an analytical mindset and high standards to your own work
• You can start as soon as possible
