Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Human Resource Employment Agency. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both German and English, with a strong passion for building client relationships and driving business growth in international markets. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing partnerships, and expanding our client base in the German-speaking and English-speaking markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies to attract new clients in the human resources sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Germany and other English-speaking regions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
Present and promote the agency’s recruitment services to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and manage the onboarding process for new clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry developments.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements:
Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the human resource or staffing industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and business development activities.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
